The Davis-Shai House is available for your birthday party, business meetings, memorials, showers, rehearsal dinners, weddings, receptions and more. Choose one of our historic rooms for an intimate gathering, one of our beautiful banquet rooms for your reception, or our beautifully landscaped lawn for outdoor weddings. All rooms are available for rental only or with the option of in-house catering and a variety of menu options to select. Our menu options include plated lunches and dinner, English teas, and party packages (light hors d’oeuvres and appetizers), as well as bar service. All event rentals include: tables, chairs, all table linens, centerpieces, glassware, drinks, set up and clean up, and friendly staff and volunteers.
The Camelot Room
A Magnificent banquet room that seats up to 85 guests at banquet style tables. It is graced with the homes historic features, floor to ceiling windows on two walls, a cathedral ceiling, and a beautiful chandelier that hangs from the cupola.
The Fairview Room
Offers an abundance of full ceiling to floor windows on two walls with comfortable decor and a fireplace. It can accommodate up to 35 guests at banquet tables.
Folding doors open to the adjacent Camelot Room and together the two rooms can hold a total of 125 guests seated at tables.
Veranda and Lawn
Our largest seating option can accommodate 350+ guests. Rented tents can be placed near the garden area.
Veranda Only
For smaller outdoor gatherings of up to 30 guests, overlooking our beautiful manicured lawn.

Our Spaces
The Fairview Room
The Fairview Room offers an abundance of full floor to ceiling windows on two sides to gaze upon the colorful gardens in the summer or to enjoy the cozy fireplace in the winter. This comfortable room seats 32 guests at banquet style tables or 60 in theater style seating.
The Camelot Room
A grand banquet room that seats 85 guests at banquet style tables or 150 theater style seating. It is graced with the home’s historic features; floor to ceiling windows on two sides to enjoy our gardens, a cathedral ceiling and a beautiful chandelier that hangs from the cupola. Folding doors on the north side open to the adjacent Fairview Room for additional seating for 32.
The Business Conference Room
The Business Conference Room offers a private entry, restrooms and kitchen. The room is equipped with wired and wireless internet, integrated sound system, state-of-the-art Smart Board, and video conference capabilities. The room seats 50 guests in a classroom style seating. If more room is needed for your event, the Camelot Banquet Room can comfortable seat 150 theater style.
Mame's Parlor
An elegant room that seats 20 people at its two large Chippendale banquet tables. A stylish way to experience your next business meeting as well as a private lunch or dinner.
The Veranda
The Veranda is a lovely open-air choice for dining al ’fresco, for a casual meeting, or wedding ceremony.
The Lawn
Our lawn can accommodate 350+ people in the open-air. Lawn tenting and seating can be arranged with the Heath Community Arts Council.
